The 84-Day Promise
We stand behind Recall with a full 84-day money-back promise. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 84 days of receiving your order and we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
No returns required. Keep the bottles.
How to request a refund
Email us at hellorecall@gmail.com with your order number. We'll process your refund within 5 business days. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hellorecall@gmail.com. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Subscriptions
You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account. No fees, no calls. If you cancel, you will not be charged again. Any bottles already shipped and received are covered by the 84-Day Promise above.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different quantity or option, request a refund and place a new order.
Final sale items
Items marked as final sale or purchased with a discount code greater than 30% are not eligible for refund. Gift cards are non-refundable.
